About SAAR

A quiet place for living questions

SAAR helps you pause with what is already true, then meet it with a relevant teaching from the Bhagavad Gita — plus one practical way to carry that teaching into the day.

What SAAR is

SAAR is a spiritual wisdom and self-reflection platform. You begin with a feeling or situation, describe it in your own words if you wish, and receive a passage retrieved from SAAR’s Bhagavad Gita collection. An explanation and a single next step are generated to connect that teaching to your moment — they are not presented as the original words of scripture.

Alongside reflection, SAAR includes a digital Japa Mala counter for 108-count mantra practice.

What SAAR is not

SAAR is not a chatbot for open-ended conversation, a quote gallery, or a replacement for medical care, counselling, or therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure anxiety, depression, or any other health condition. If you need professional support, please seek it from a qualified person.

Three parts of the experience

The product is built around three practices that belong together: self-reflection, Bhagavad Gita wisdom, and Japa Mala. Reflection names what is present. Wisdom offers a teaching that was retrieved for that situation. Japa gives the hands and breath something steady to return to.
